VILNIUS, LITHUANIA, March 17, 2005 – Metasite signed a consulting and development contract with Litesko UAB, a subsidiary of Dalkia, the European leader in energy services. The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the agreement.

Litesko provides centralized heating services to residential apartments in nine Lithuanian cities. The main activities of Liteskoare heat energy production; operation, maintenance, expansion, construction and design of the district heating networks, pumps, boiler houses, block substations, and maintenance of the heating services customers technical equipment.
