VILNIUS, September 9, 2009 – Metasite developed and launched a online subscriber self-care platform for a Brussels-based MVNE/MVNO. The self-care platform enables prepaid customers to top-up their accounts, view account balances and detailed usage and payments statistics, manage tariff plans and services, view promotions and perform other mobile account managements tasks online. The scope of Metasite-supplied solution covers design, development, implementation of both server-side code and GUI, as well as subsequent platform support and enhancements. The self-care platform has been integrated with the MVNE/MVNO’s internal systems and databases and deployed on the client’s hardware.
The Metasite-supplied online subscriber self-care platform is to be deployed by the MVNE for its MVNOs in four EU countries.
